• Yes! The ceremony will take place on the beach, so be prepared to be seated on the sand.

    Cocktail hour will take place in the garden and will offer shade.

    The reception will take place indoors in the ballroom.

  • To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible.

    However, the deadline is May 1st, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

  • Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on your invitation or your invitation will state your name ‘and guest.’

  • Children listed on your invitation are welcome to attend.

    If someone from your family was missing on your invite, please reach out.

  • Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and for the entirety of the reception.

  • Beach Formal

  • We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us.

    Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

  • There will be transportation provided to the venue from The Omni Hotel with departure times of 4:45 and 5:00pm.

    There will be transportation provided from the venue to The Omni Hotel in the evening during reception.

  • Please arrive at the venue NO earlier than 5:00pm and no later than 5:15pm.

  • The venue offers plentiful parking in front.

    If you drive yourself, please know the ceremony will be on the beach; not inside.

    To join us on the beach, enter the Paradise Garden entrance (on the side of the venue) and walk directly through to the beach.

    • Parmesan Chicken (Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken over an Artichoke, Lemon-Basil Butter Sauce)

    • Atlantic Salmon (Baked with Olive Oil & Fresh Herbs)

    • Eggplant Parmesan (vegetarian)

    • Children’s Meal (Chicken Tenders & French Fries)

  • The dress code is beach formal, but please wear whatever is most comfortable for you.

    It is important to note that the ceremony portion of the event will be on the beach sand.

  • The ceremony and reception will all take place at Anthony’s Ocean View.

    The ceremony will be located on the beach on the property while the reception will take place inside, upstairs in the ballroom.

  • The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm, we recommend guests arrive between 5:00 and 5:15pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat.

    If you are staying at the Omni Hotel, our buses will drop you off at the venue on time.

    If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend cocktail hour and the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception. Thank you for your understanding!
